Q1. I am not sure which product to buy. Can you please help me out?

Q4. In case I return the products, will the Courier charges be credited back?

A4. No. These are one time charges and are non-refundable.

Q6. I got an error while placing the order. I’m not sure if the order is placed.

A6. For every successful order, you will receive an email confirming the order. If in case the order was not placed successfully, we request you to place the order again.

A7. You will receive an sms from us mention Esatimted Date of Delivery and Link to Track Your Order.

 

Q8. Can I see the products before I accept the courier?

A8. We do not have open delivery facility at this point in time.

 

Q9. How do I cancel my order?

A9. Our Team Calls you for Confirming your order , at that time u can deny confirmation simply. After Payment is made and we have booked your order on confirmation, we can not cancel same.

 

Q10. How do I add new products or remove some products from my order?

A10. We can add product anytime Just Call us on +91-9428809808. Also you can call us on +91-9428809808to remove Product at time of confirmation, but not after Payment is made already for same product.

 

Q11. Will you list the items ordered on the package / box received?

A11. We follow discreet packaging, hence we do not mention product details on the package. However we do send an invoice for the order placed with the product details to your email id. 

 

Q12. Do you Support 3rd Party Delivery, Not Mentioning any of Your details?

A12. Yes, We Do Ship Directly to your Customer , Where No Invoice is attached , and Your name will be mentioned in From details.

 

Q13. Can I change my shipping address/Contact details after I have placed my order?
A13. Yes, We can certainly change the address in case the order is not delivered, if sent via fedex with extra cost of 50 rs. A14. Delivery time depends on your pin code. We are Located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

  • Gujarat - 1-2 Days after Dispatch
  • Neighbouring State : Maharastra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan : 2-4 Days
  • Other states : 4-9 Days

 

Q15. Do you provide Cash on Delivery in my area?

A15. Yes , We hace COD Service all India. 

 

Q16. I am not in town on the delivery date? Can I choose my delivery date?

Q17. I am being charged a GST amount on my order. What is GST?

A17. GST will have to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service.Goods and services tax (GST) is an indirect tax applicable throughout India. It is a destination based tax on consumption of goods and services.

 

Q18. How is the GST amount decided?

A18. The amount of GST collected from customer depends as below:

  • Unstitched Items: 5% 
  • Sticthed Items Below 1000 Rs: 5% 
  • Stitched or Semi- Stitched Items Above 1000 Rs : 12%

 

Q19. If I return the purchased product will the GST amount charged be refunded?

A19. Yes. If you return the product as per the returns policy then the applicable GST amount will also be refunded to you.

 

PAYMENTS Related FAQs

Q20. I have received an error after I entered my card details. What shall I do?

A20. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. This can be a temporary issue. Please try again after a few minutes.

 

Q21. The amount has been deducted from the account but the order has not been placed.

A21. This could be one the challenges faced when the transaction times out. However if the order is not successfully placed in our system, it will automatically return the amount to your bank within 7 working days.

 

Q22. Is there a charge for COD order?
A22. We charge a nominal convenience charge of ₹50 on all Cash on Delivery orders sent via Fedex and 1% of order value in other Courier. This charge shall not be levied if you opt for any prepaid mode such as Debit/Credit card, Wallet.

 

Q23. I have placed a COD order and confirmed it. I would like to make an online payment now.

A23. Please contact us and we will provide you with the bank details to which the amount could be deposited. Once the payment is received, we will process your order and have the same ship out as a pre-paid order. Alternatively You can inform us , when you receive Confiramtion Call from us.
